By placing an order with Autumn & Petal, you are agreeable to the following terms and conditions:

Orders

All purchases made from Autumn & Petal are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Autumn & Petal reserves full rights to accept or decline any purchases and amend terms and conditions at any one time, without prior notice.

All products listed on the website are for local deliveries within Singapore only.

Complete and correct contact details and delivery address are essential to avoid failed deliveries and minimize delays. Autumn & Petal cannot accept responsibility for failed or late deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information or building security issues and unforeseen circumstances such as roadblocks, flood and so forth.

In order to ensure quality, freshness and availability of the chosen bloom, we recommend our customers to place their orders in advance. Orders for next day morning delivery 10am – 2pm, must be placed latest before 6pm on the previous day before delivery, subject to availability of stock.

Delivery Fee

Standard delivery fee S$12 applies for

• morning delivery 10am – 2pm

• afternoon delivery 2pm – 6pm

• evening delivery 6pm – 10pm

Delivery fee of S$30 is chargeable for deliveries to restricted areas such as Changi Airport, Sentosa, Tuas, Marina Bay Sands. For deliveries to hospitals, the patient's full name according to identity card (NRIC) and ward, room, bed number must be provided.

Self-collection

Customer may also opt for self-collections. This will be arranged separately after order confirmation.

Change in Order and Delivery

Please inform us 1 day in advance before delivery date should you wish to amend your order or delivery details. You may email us at order@autumnnpetalsfloristry.com with your order reference number. We are unable to process any changes for orders already prepared and out for delivery.

Special Occasions Surge

Prices may increase during occasions such as Chinese new year, Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Teacher’s Day period due to the surge in raw materials cost. Delivery charge is also subjected to changes during special occasions.

Seasonal Availability

Due to seasonal and stock availability, flowers may be subjected to change. Autumn and Petals reserve full rights to replace and substitute fillers or foliage with similar. Where situations arise and there is a need to substitute the main flowers, we will contact you and inform you accordingly before proceed with any change.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Online payments are processed via Stripe, our secure payment provider. Stripe, the market leader of online payment, ensures fast, safe and secure payments.

Another payment option is via PayNow and internet banking. Please quote order number when using PayNow and internet banking option for payment.

Cancellation and refund

To make a cancellation, kindly email us at order@autumnnpetalsfloristry.com with your order reference number.

All cancellation requests made will be accepted or declined at Autumn & Petal’s discretion. Autumn & Petal reserves full rights to decline a cancellation request.

1. Cancellations made 3 and more days before delivery date, full refund.

2. Cancellations made 2 days before delivery date, 50% refund.

3. Cancellations made 1 day before delivery date, $10 administrative fee applies.

4. For orders where delivery has been attempted, the full price will apply.

Exchange

Autumn & Petals takes pride in ensuring the quality of each bloom and customer delight.

Once order has been delivered and acknowledged by the recipient/on behalf of recipient at the delivery address, Autumn & Petals will not be held liable for the flowers and arrangements.

However, if something seems not right, we are here to assist. Please drop us an email with clear photo and your order details for us to look into the matter. Exchanges are subject to assessment and availability.

Should there be any damages during delivery, please drop us an email with clear photo of the damaged items and your order details for us to investigate the matter.
